GOMBAK: A woman was killed and four men were injured in a three-vehicle collision on the Karak Highway here early this morning.
Selangor Fire and Rescue Department Operations assistant director Ahmad Mukhlis Mokhtar said his team received a report of the incident at 2am.
A fire engine with six officers and personnel from the Selayang Fire and Rescue Station was dispatched to the scene.
"The operations commander reported that the crash involved three cars – a Perodua Ativa, a Perodua Myvi and a Honda City. Four male victims in their 20s were reported safe.
"A 19-year-old female victim was trapped inside the Honda City and was confirmed dead by a Health Ministry medical officer who arrived at the location," he said in a statement today.
